It comes as no surprise that Coldplay finds itself at such a massive and disgusting venue now that they reign as rock gods supreme, but you'd think they could still pity us poor, untalented folk who are forced to scrounge for pennies between our grandmother's couch cushions in order to buy a cup of coffee. For a little more than $110, you can find yourself close enough to still make out the face of Chris, Jonny, Guy, and Will on the jumbo screen. Or you can buy over 1,000 packets of Ramen, which would feed you three-times a day for almost a year, provided you survive the bellyache and I did the math right.

The Faint at First Avenue, November 14th
The Faint still retain some humility, probably because the geeks were right, and I appreciate their $19 ticket price. I feel their cheap tickets specifically target me, a coin-collecting, thrift-store wearing college student with a no feasible options for the future. I appreciate their interest. Also, at First Ave. there's the possibility of mosh-pitting, which adds adventure to the evening.
